LC Courses offers both online and offline group lessons, as well as individual sessions. All course materials, including videos, workbooks, and other educational resources, are intended solely for personal study purposes and may not be used for any other purpose. Distribution, reproduction, or commercial use of these materials without prior written consent from LC Courses is prohibited and may result in a claim for damages.
All prices listed on our website are exclusive of VAT. The applicable VAT will be calculated based on the country provided by the customer and their VAT status (individual or business).
Access to our online learning environment is provided through a personal user account. Sharing login details with third parties is strictly prohibited. Account sharing will be considered a violation of these terms and may result in immediate termination of access without the right to a refund. LC Courses reserves the right to claim damages if applicable.
Our courses may include the use of external sources and materials. These sources are properly cited within the course content. Participants are responsible for complying with the usage rights and licensing terms of any external materials.
A fixed administrative fee of €70 will be charged in case of cancellation, regardless of the notice period. Therefore, a full refund is not possible. Participants may, under certain conditions, request a refund of the remaining course fee:
LC Courses is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services. In cases of force majeure, such as technical issues or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel courses. If LC Courses decides to cancel a course, a partial refund may be issued depending on the costs already incurred.
All course content, including text, images, videos, and other materials, is the property of LC Courses. This content may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
LC Courses reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on our website and will apply to new registrations from the date of publication onward.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Belgium.
